Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation:
50% advance is required at the time of booking confirmation.
The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before the tour starts.
Check-in/checkout times at all properties are as per the respective hotels.
All rates mentioned are per person rates.
Room reservations are valid for a 24-hour period only.
Rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens.
Any amendment in the booking will incur a charge of Rs. 500 per person as communication charges.
All disputes are subject to Haridwar Jurisdiction.

Normal Cancellation Policy:
Prior to 45 days or more – 10% of the tour cost
Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 25% of the tour cost
Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 50% of the tour cost
Between 14 days and 7 prior to the date of departure – 75%
Between 6 days and in case of no-show – 100%

Cancellation Policy in Times of Covid-19:
In case of a government-imposed lockdown or any change in SOPs, resulting in the postponement of the tour, the amount shall be adjusted for a future booking for the same guest, subject to availability. Rates may differ based on the season.
If guests do not wish to travel in the future, a service charge of Rs.1500/+ GST per person will be charged.
Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from vendors and concerned hotels. The process will be expedited to the best of our capability.

Note: The booking amount of package shall be refunded within 2 to 3 days. After settlement of the account according to the terms and conditions.
