Manali Local Sightseeing to Solang valley and Rohtang Pass

Day 1 :

Transfer from Chandigarh to Manali (310 Kms, 08-09 Hours)

After booking with us, we ensure you have luxurious and attractive services for your trip.
Our representative will pick you up from Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station as informed by you.
We value your comfort and will head toward your destination in a safe and comfortable vehicle.
Head towards Manali and glance at the majestic views and mountain ranges.
Enroute, you can see places like Bilaspur Lake, Sundernagar Lake, Mandi, Vaishno Devi Temple, Vinayak Temple, Suketi Khad River, Mool Shani Dev Temple, Pulghrat Bridge, Beas River, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, Kullu, and more.

Day 2 :

Manali Local Sightseeing to Solang valley and Rohtang Pass

Wake up to the breezing weather and feel the warmth of sun rays cutting into your room.
Fresh up, have your choice breakfast and get ready to travel.
The travel will head early in the morning towards Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass, providing mesmerizing surroundings.
Travel through the deepest valleys of Himachal, exploring the endangered flora and fauna.
During the journey, explore places like Kothi Gorge, Marhi, Rahala Waterfalls, Beas Kund, Rani Nallah, Bhrigu Lake, Gulaba, Nehru Kund, Jogini falls, and much more.
Indulge in adventurous activities here, like paragliding, ropeways, skiing, bunging jumping, snow scooter riding, and much more.
Head back to Manali in the evening.
Spend the rest of the night at the Manali hotel.

Day 3 :

Manali –Jibhi (103 kms,3-4 hrs)

In the morning, have a scrumptious breakfast and head towards Jibhi valley.
During the travel, glance at gorgeous locations like rocky hills, pine tree valleys, Serolsar Lake, and much more.
In-between places also offer adventurous activities such as paragliding, horse-riding, snow-fighting, snow scooter riding, and much more.
The adrenals rush will add to your joyous experience on the trip.
Ensure you follow the instruction and adhere to all safety measures. We do keep first aid kept for all emergencies.
Look at the cows grazing around in the lush green meadows.
You can view structured wooden cottages and homes fragmented on the mountains from the hilly roads.
Check in at the hotel and take a rest at night in the booked hotel.

Day 4 :

Jibhi-Tirthan Valley Local sightseeing

On the 4th day morning, enjoy breakfast and leave to visit to local sightseeing points in Jibhi valley.
The weather here is very chilled yet pleasant, so bring clothes accordingly.
The first spot would be the Jibhi waterfall which is surrounded by dense forest, bringing it close to nature.
Then head towards the Chehni Kothi, which is a 1500-year-old spot where the famed King Rana Dhadia used to reside.
Then explore the Shringa Rishi Temple, a religious place in the surrounding.
Then leave for the Chhoie Waterfalls, Raghuipur, and other tourist attractions.
The day is well spent in the local sightseeing spots; now, spend the rest of the night at the hotel.

Day 5 :

Tirthan Valley-Jalori Pass Local sightseeing

Today, after breakfast, we will travel to the famous Jalori Pass, known for its stunning landscapes and beautiful waterfalls.
There are multiple small waterfalls as well in the Jalori Pass, letting you explore all that it provides.
Roam around in the valleys and meet up with the locals to learn about the scenic locations' history.
Walk around the fantastic terrains of the Himalayan ranges and admire the captivating charm.
Enjoy lunch over there close to mother nature and click some amazing memories to carry back along with you.
Head back to Tirthan valley in the evening and enjoy the chromatic shades of dusk in the sky.
Spend the night in the hotel.

Day 6 :

Tirthan Valley –Chandigarh Drop (271 km,7-9 hrs)

The day is the last lap of the journey, and after finishing breakfast, we will check out from the hotel.
Head back to the desired location as said, and we assure you comfort travel returning from the Manali Jibhi trip.
Our representative will drop you at Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station as you prefer, taking from the best available roads.
In the evening, we reach Chandigarh safely, and our journey ends there.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY
If passengers cancel their booking prior or after commencement of tour, following cancellation charges will be applicable -
More than 15 days prior to travel date: 30% of total tour cost.
Between 08 to 15 days prior to travel date: 50% of total tour cost.
07 or less days prior to travel date: No Refund.
No show: No Refund.
After commencement of tour: No Refund.
o FORCE MAJEURE & BAD WEATHER REFUNDS:
- Basis of Refund:
Rs.25000/ would be refunded for each unitized sector, considering each dham as one sector for four Dhams.
Additional Services: Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour of the passengers will be deducted over and above the refundable Tour Cost.
Refund against any unutilized service will not be calculated separately and added to the refundable- amount.
- COVID-19 Case, or any National/State Emergency:
In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by us against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services (for the full amount of the credit voucher), by the guests or any of their friends/relatives.
BAD WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE POLICIES:
Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond our control Services’ control results in the cancellation of your flight being delayed or cancelled,We will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight.
However, refund will be given to clients as per our refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator.
No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other extra travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
In case tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to above reasons, tour will be considered as cancelled and full refund as per our policies will be made.
However, in case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made for the same.
Our team will propose the available options to the guests.
The balance/unutilized amount against previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing, will have to be borne by the guests.
In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.
Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
In case for 05 straight days flying does not take place, full refund as per our policies will be made to the passengers.
Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis, when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons.
Our helicopters may not fly to Harsil, in case of turbulent wind conditions – which is often in the Harsil valley after 1200 Hrs.
If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 1,00,000/hr plus GST.
While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tour mid-way, the arrangement of transportation we would try to provide, however, cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis.
Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be made before the commencement of tour.
DISPUTES
Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Haridwar Jurisdiction.
Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the above-mentioned terms & conditions by the party.

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES

FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS

This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and all departure timings of each destination is fixed, it is strictly advised that guests must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs on each day of the tour, other-wise they will be considered NO-SHOW.

COVID TRAVEL GUIDELINES

COVID protocols shall be adhered by the passengers and us as per the effective mandate of the government. Without adhering to the government guidelines, boarding can be denied to the passengers without refund.

ARRIVAL DATE

Our Chardham 5N6D Heli-tours are booked departure date wise. However, passengers have to arrive Dehradun one day prior to the departure date. Dehradun complimentary night stay which is provided on the arrival date makes our package a 5Night/6Days tour. The actual flying commences from day 02 of the tour.

INFANTS

Infant below 2 years or 12kg are accommodated free of charge. In case for verification of age of the child, ID proof/birth certificate of the child will be checked.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

We will not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the passengers.

Therefore, in your own interest, passengers are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment or condition.

As operator we reserve the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).
Our Heli-Tours are not available for VIP’s: As per protocol.
RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING

Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 10% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 07 days before arrival date.

In case rescheduling is requested less than 07 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.

PAYMENT TERMS

The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Balance payment has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun.

Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour, unless full & final payment of the tour has been done.
